The service was great. the room was great-sized and recently renovated, with a living area, storage space, and sound-proofed windows. - the staff was efficient and extremely friendly. - the location was good, right next to the Riverwalk, making it convenient to go everywhere.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

The room was spacious with a good power shower, comfortable beds, and stunning river views. the food in the bar was delicious, and most of the staff were friendly. However, the noise from other guests and occasional strong smell of smoke in the corridors were a downside that could be improved.

We enjoyed the spacious room with a great view of the river and the stunning location that was about a 20-minute walk to the town center.

The location for Chicago was perfect, close to all the shopping and restaurants in the area, and all the major sights of Chicago. the hotel was very comfortable. We even made it to the baseball game on time thanks to the help we received. the lobby restaurant was a great spot for supper.

The renovated rooms here are clean and offer nice views.
