Superb suite upgrade with amazing river views, courteous staff and great location.

The hotel's location was very central, away from public areas.

Its service was great. Great-sized and recently renovated room, it included a living area, a storage space, and sound-proofed windows. The staff was all efficient and extremely friendly. The location was good, right next to the Riverwalk, convenient to go everywhere.

The room was spacious, and we had a nice view of the river. The location was stunning, about 20-minute walk into town.

Id give it more than 4 stars, everything was very comfortable. The location for Chicago was perfect, close to all the shopping and restaurants in the area, and all the major sights of Chicago. It also was to the baseball on time thanks to her help. Had supper in a lobby restaurant.

The units are newly renovated, neat with a view.

I selected this hotel for a conference due to its impressive 16,000 square feet of fully renovated, state-of-the-art meeting spaces with inspiring views of the city and river. The support team was able to customize the meeting spaces to our exact needs, providing a distinct and memorable local flavor to our event.

The one service I missed for my work was a business center with dedicated staff to assist with any last-minute printing or administrative needs.

Particularly good location on Michigan Avenue & visiting the sights, good for visiting Chicago.

Luxurious budget property with efficient and excellent friendly staff who removed the extra day from our reservation. Well-appointed room and exceptional view of downtown. Comfy bed, large bathroom. Incredible and wonderful location to get a train to a certain area and easy access to shopping centers and a bakery. Outstanding food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.

The fitness center was top-notch, with the latest cardio training and strength training equipment, including a Peloton bike, ensuring I could maintain my workout routine. The hotel also offers a beautiful view of the city, contributing to a delightful stay. The staff was helpful and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable.

They immediately tried to upsell for a better view, which then becomes disappointing when you see what you paid for.

Very impressed with family junior suite. Family atmosphere. Amazing and ideal location as only 5 minutes to London Guarantee Building. Set in a great area close to many major attractions, the river and subway.
